They are this way in the USA for sure. However, I think western Europe must be included as well. Much less for Asia. Your thoughts?

I was in Starbucks yesterday, and I saw three people reading eBooks and two reading paperbacks. City of 36,000 people. Now in Denver, I see a majority reading eBooks when riding public transit such as the light rail.
