Thank you for hosting me on this amazing blog, and thank you for challenging me with some great questions. The picture of my office was the biggest surprise! I appreciate all of you for reading the interview, too. Here’s to happy writing and happy reading!

Great advice, Bloom where you are planted! I’m making it my new motto. I think the murder weapon in your book was fabulous. I’d never heard of it before. So entertaining!

Thanks, Minette. There’s so much we can learn from each other through literature. It’s a joy, isn’t it?

I loved this book! I never saw the end coming, and I’m usually pretty intuitive. I especially loved the trip to horse-and-hound country, which we frequently travel from Berks County PA en route to Longwood Gardens. I can only imagine the knowledge and details that went into creating a one-percent home and that menu. Wow. I’ll look forward to Detective Parrott’s next caper. All the best!

Hi Saralyn,
Wow, what a varied background you have! (I was a candy-striper too.) Glad to hear Detective Parrott is on the horizon.

I appreciate your comment, Kathleen. Isn’t this interviewer wonderful? She prompted me to say things I haven’t thought of in ages.

Good interview, Saralyn, and kudos to the authors who are hosting you.
I’ve been waiting for the sequel to Saralyn’s book since I read it. Although I’m a full-time writer, guess what? I read much more than I write! And her book is one of the most original mystery/crime stories I’ve read in a while. Her “cross between” comment is a propos too: Dame Agatha’s influence is in a 21st century setting.

There is nothing more important to an author than to be understood and appreciated, and you give me that gift. Thank you so much.
